Your Happy Speed Leather Riding Boots are covered by a 6 MONTH Limited Warranty for the original purchaser from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship when used for their intended motorcycle riding purpose and with appropriate care.
Please note : products purchased at a discount of 10% or more, or items listed on clearance sale are not covered under warranty. Warranty terms may change. Please check www.happyspeed.life/claim-warranty for updated information.

A Mark of Authenticity
This piece is crafted from full-grain antique leather, a material that tells a story. Expect to see natural variations in the grain, color, and texture. These markings are hallmarks of genuine leather, not flaws. As it ages, your product will evolve and develop a rich, beautiful patina unique to you.

Making a Warranty Claim :

To make a warranty claim, please visit www.happypeed.life and navigate to the official 'Warranty Claim' section.
To complete the online form, you will need:
A copy of your original invoice from an official Happy Speed seller.
A clear description of the defect.
Photographs clearly showing the issue.


What IS Covered :
-Leather: Premature structural failure of the leather itself (e.g., unusual splitting or tearing) due to a material or tanning flaw.
-Stitching: Significant seam failures or unraveling in critical structural areas of the boot.
-Sole Attachment: Separation of the sole from the upper boot due to a bonding or welt defect.

What IS NOT Covered:
-Normal Wear & Tear: Expected scuffs, scratches, creases in the leather, shifter marks, general sole wear, and fading from regular use.
-Products purchased at a discount more than 10% and clearance sale will not be covered under warranty.
-Riding-Related Damage: Cuts, burns (e.g., from exhaust pipes), abrasions, or impact damage from accidents or contact with the motorcycle or environment.
-Improper Care & Neglect: Damage from lack of leather conditioning (e.g., drying and cracking), use of harsh chemicals, mold/mildew from improper storage, or excessive water damage or if boots are not dried correctly.
-Warranty coverage does not extend to wear and tear on external hardware like buckles, straps, and other plastic components.
-This warranty does not cover damage to rubber print resulting from environmental exposure, excessive force, or improper use.
